Spatial preferences of microRNA targets in 3' untranslated regions
Supplementary information for the eponymous paper by Majoros and Ohler (2007)

This site provides cross-linked access between the microRNA genes and
their predicted target sites. Users can also access the UCSC browser, for
which we have created custom tracks displaying our UTR annotation and
predicted target sites.
predictions by gene ID
We provide LocusLink and Refseq IDs. Coordinates match human genome assembly
16. "7mer" refers to the complement of miRNA positions 2-8.
predictions by miRNA ID
miRNA IDs are from miRbase. For each target, the segment in which it is
found is given (numbers for alternative segments start at 0).
